Throughout history, learning in the field of medical science has been a relatively slow process.  It was not until the late 1860's that surgeons learned to wash their scalpels and saws before multiple surgeries. Tonight we interview the Greek philosopher and father of modern medicine, Hippocrates, Louis Pasteur and Dr. Jonas Salk to discuss the history and future of medical science.
